CHANBARA 10 MAN KUMITE
This file is meant to be printed out in black and white with the second page acting as an example only. It is free for personal use as long as the the copyright information is included.
This exercise is inspired by the Mas Oyama's renowned Kyokushin 50 Man, 100 Man, 200 Man, 300 Man, etc. kumite sessions.
This is essentially the same exercise as the 20 Man Kumite drill but it uses single matches instead of several matches with one person before moving on to another person.
10 individuals are best but if enough can't be found then use the available people again beginning with #1 until 10 matches are completed.
Recording results in a match by match format is strongly recommended for analysis.
A draw is an adverse outcome from a defender's standpoint. Consequently draws are included with the losses in the final tally.
